1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Delays: Please note that processing times are estimates. During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high volume, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in dispatching your order.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, standard delivery times range from 5 to 11 business days, depending on your geographic location.

  • Disclaimer: All delivery timeframes provided are estimates given by our shipping carriers, not guarantees. Kharidi is not responsible or liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, local delivery bottlenecks, or events outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours. Please monitor your tracking link for the most up-to-date information regarding your delivery.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are strictly responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for all additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

  • We cannot offer refunds for orders lost or delivered to the wrong address due to customer input error. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.

5. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Because we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible (within 1-2 business days), we have a very limited window to make changes. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at Kharidi Support.

  • We cannot guarantee that we will be able to intercept the order before it is processed. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard Return Policy.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure your items arrive safely, Kharidi cannot be held strictly liable for the actions of third-party carriers.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Once the tracking information indicates that a package has been "Delivered," Kharidi’s responsibility for the package ends. We are not responsible for packages stolen from porches, mailboxes, or delivery locations. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (If Applicable)

Kharidi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
