Our Commitment We offer product replacements for eligible items reported within 5 days of delivery. Our resolution process is replacement-based, ensuring you always receive the correct, undamaged product.

Replacement Window Submit your replacement request within 5 days of your delivery date. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt and recording an unboxing video for every order.

Eligibility Conditions To qualify for a replacement:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact
  • Order confirmation or proof of purchase required
  • Request must be submitted within the 5-day window

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will prioritize your case and arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Contact us immediately upon delivery with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and your unboxing video.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for every order. This helps us process your replacement faster and ensures a smooth, fair resolution for both parties.

How to Request a Replacement

  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and your unboxing video
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we arrange pickup and dispatch your replacement promptly

If the Item is Unavailable If the exact item is out of stock, we will work with you to find the best suitable alternative at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Items The following items are not eligible for replacement:

  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items showing post-delivery wear, use, or damage
  • Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items
  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code
  • Gift cards

COD Orders For Cash on Delivery orders, we ask that customers accept delivery before raising any concerns. If an item has an issue, our replacement process will make it right. Repeated unwarranted delivery refusals may require prepayment for future orders to ensure smooth fulfillment for all customers.

Resolution Process Our resolution process is replacement-based. Monetary refunds are not part of our standard resolution process. In all eligible cases, we are committed to sending you the right product
