Your package is picked up by our courier partner and an AWB (Air Waybill) number is assigned. Use this to track your shipment above.

Out for Delivery
Your package reaches your city hub and is handed to a delivery agent. Expect delivery within the estimated window shown in tracking.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your Order ID is shared in your order confirmation SMS or WhatsApp message at the time of purchase. The AWB (tracking) number is sent separately once your order is dispatched, usually within 24–48 hours of ordering.
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed by 12–24 hours after dispatch, especially during weekends or high-demand periods. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 48 hours after receiving the AWB, please contact our support team with your order details.
If your order status shows delivered but you haven't received the package, please check with neighbours or your building's security. If still not found, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date and we will raise a dispute with the courier partner on your behalf.
Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Once an AWB is generated, the address is locked with the courier. Contact our support team immediately if you need to make a change and we will try our best to accommodate it.
The courier partner will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the package. You may also receive a call from the delivery agent. If the package is returned to us (RTO), our team will reach out to reattempt delivery or process a resolution.
